Preserving the sanctity of all children in our communities

National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day

At the close of National Law Enforcement Day, the Crimes Against Children Foundation would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our law enforcement community.
Throughout our training and interactions with the LEOs we have had the honor of working with, we are continually impressed with the compassion, dedication, selflessness, and heart each one of them has for their community.

We truly believe it takes a community to make a community.

We know they are the best of those communities and continually strive to better them.
We are aware of horrible situations made a little less painful for others because of the caring nature with which they carry out their duties.
We have seen bonds formed in the very worst of times, and in the best of times.
We have witnessed the sacrifices they and their families make, putting others ahead of themselves.
We have watched as they put themselves in harm’s way day after day to protect others.
We stand in awe of the personal time, training, dedication, energy, effort, and mental fortitude they put into the tasks they complete for our betterment.

As our own Dean Cain has said multiple times, not all heroes wear capes, some wear badges.
Today and every day, we salute them, we stand behind them, and we thank them for who they are and what they do.
